
- The Head - Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, statutory compliance, training, and welfare activities.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR practices in the automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Manpower Planning:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Plan and manage manpower requirements in coordination with departmental heads.
Payroll Management:
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of employee salaries.
- Ensure compliance with statutory deductions and benefits.
Employee Engagement & Welfare:
- Design and implement programs to enhance employee morale and productivity.
- Monitor and improve personnel hygiene and welfare conditions within the plant.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Foster continuous learning and development among employees.
Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and other labor laws.
- Handle legal notices and maintain records for audits.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:
- Act as a liaison between employees and management.
- Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely manner.
Disciplinary Actions:
- Execute and facilitate disciplinary actions when necessary, in coordination with line managers.
Health, Safety & Security:
- Oversee fire safety, security measures, and overall plant safety protocols
