
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function and align people strategy with business goals. The ideal candidate will oversee the full spectrum of HR operationsincluding talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy developmentwhile acting as a strategic partner to leadership. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a solutions-driven mindset, and the ability to build scalable HR systems that support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Design and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives and growth plans.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Develop and execute robust hiring strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent across functions.
- Onboarding & Integration: Build seamless onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Performance & Talent Management: Lead performance management cycles, feedback mechanisms, and succession planning to drive employee development.
- Learning & Development: Partner with business leaders to identify training needs, design programs, and support employee skill enhancement.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and high performance through initiatives that enhance employee experience.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop, review, and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation structures, benefits programs, and rewards strategies to remain competitive and fair.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, HR vendors, and external partners to ensure HR services are delivered efficiently.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by guiding leaders and employees through transitions effectively.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and influence organizational strategy.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and sound judgment.
