Key Responsibilities :
- HR Strategy & Leadership: Act as the central HR point of contact. Align HR practices across all units (plant, corporate, and field teams) with business goals.
- Policy & Process Management: Design, implement, and monitor HR policies and SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance. Regularly update policies in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Talent Management: Define and manage Job Descriptions (JDs), Key Result Areas (KRAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments. Lead and support the recruitment process for key roles in coordination with the respective teams & consultant.
- Performance Management: Monitor the appraisal cycle and ensure timely feedback and review processes. Set a robust Performance Management System in place. Work closely with line managers/ HODs for performance evaluations and career development plans.
- Employee Engagement & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs. Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
