Role: Head HR.

Handling Recruitment, HR, Admin, and Statutory functions who is Tech Savvy.


Recruitment:


- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified candidates.


- Utilize technology and data analytics for talent acquisition, optimizing the hiring process.


- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and collaborate with department heads to align recruitment with organizational goals.


- Oversee on-boarding processes to facilitate smooth integration of new hires into the company.


HR Functions:


- Design and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture.


- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and fostering a collaborative environment.


- Spearhead performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and professional development.


- Implement employee engagement initiatives and leverage technology for effective communication within the organization.


Admin:


- Supervise day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management.


- Collaborate with facilities and IT teams to maintain a productive and safe work environment.


- Oversee travel arrangements, event planning, and coordination of office logistics.


Statutory Functions:


- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.


- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance, staying updated on legal changes. Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies.


- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to statutory requirements.


Technology Integration:


- Leverage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for data-driven decision-making and streamlined processes.


- Explore and implement new technologies to enhance HR and administrative efficiency.


- Provide training to HR and staff on technology tools and platforms.


Digital and Social Media Integration:


- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital media strategy to enhance the organization's online presence.


- Utilize social media for targeted recruitment campaigns, reaching a diverse pool of candidates.


- Monitor industry trends on social platforms for insights into evolving HR practices.


- Implement digital learning platforms and social channels for employee skill development.


Leadership and Strategy:


- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.


- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall organizational objectives.


- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, applying innovative solutions to enhance HR effectiveness.
