Our client is looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to lead and scale the Human Resources function at a fast-growing startup.

As the HR leader, you will work closely with the founders and leadership team to build a high-performance culture, drive talent acquisition, and establish people-first processes that support rapid growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic HR Leadership : Develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with business goals.

2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Build and lead talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality talent across functions.

3. Performance Management & Culture : Design and implement performance management systems

4. HR Operations & Compliance : Set up scalable HR systems and processes for onboarding, payroll, policies, HRMS, etc.

5. Compensation & Benefits: Design and benchmark compensation structures that are competitive and sustainable.
