Our client is looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to lead and scale the Human Resources function at a fast-growing startup.
As the HR leader, you will work closely with the founders and leadership team to build a high-performance culture, drive talent acquisition, and establish people-first processes that support rapid growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :

4. HR Operations & Compliance : Set up scalable HR systems and processes for onboarding, payroll, policies, HRMS, etc.
5. Compensation & Benefits: Design and benchmark compensation structures that are competitive and sustainable.
