
Head of HR for a profitable, well-funded consumer internet company based in hashtag#Bangalore.
This role is ideal for someone with a founders mindset, strong operational expertise, and the ability to drive both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the companys culture, systems, and scale journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust systems for performance management, goal setting, rewards, and capability building.
- Foster a performance-driven culture rooted in accountability, transparency, and meritocracy.
- Lead legal compliance, employee relations, grievance handling, and policy governance aligned with the companys growth and values.
- Bring 8-15 years of progressive HR experience, including 35 years in high-growth startup environments, with a strong track record of scaling teams from 01 or 110.
- Candidate must have Talent acquisition and HRBP experience.
- Candidates with experience in Retail, Telecom, FMCG, Healthcare (hospital chains), or other fast-paced, operationally intensive sectors will be a strong fit.
