Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company's overall business objectives and growth in the IT industry. Advise senior leadership on all HR-related matters, including organizational design, talent management, compensation, and employee relations.

- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle for a highly competitive IT market, including employer branding, recruitment strategies, candidate experience, and onboarding. Develop and execute robust talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, career development, and leadership training, specifically tailored for tech professionals.

- Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top IT talent, considering industry benchmarks, market trends, and internal equity.

- Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that promote a high-performance culture and strong employee morale.

- Learning & Development: Identify training and development needs within the IT teams and design and implement programs that enhance technical skills, leadership capabilities, and professional growth. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and their impact on skill requirements.

- HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee all HR operational activities, including HRIS management, payroll coordination, and policy administration. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Organizational Development: Partner with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, change management initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT environment.

- HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and metrics to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and report on the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree or HR certification

- Minimum of 20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the IT or technology sector.
