
The role exists to design and deploy the roadmap to build a future ready workforce with the right organization and inspired culture. The role incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of HRBPs for successful implementation of the HR Excellence Delivery roadmap (End-end employee lifecycle). The role will act as an enabler to the business and ensure alignment of people's agenda to achieve strategic goals.
Organization Design:
Build a sustainable organization with right capacity, cost, clarity & collaboration to deliver business results
- Design and deploy the people and culture framework aligned to business goals
- Design and deploy organisation design to become agile and productive
- Identify opportunities to increase org effectiveness by org restructuring
- Build and deploy the ABP Plan for the financial year
- Deploy the role based organisation framework
- Attracting the right talent at the right cost
Talent Management & Development
Build robust HR framework and people processes to support brand & drive consistent, competitive, profitable and responsible growth
- Identification of critical roles
- Implementation of 9 box categorization to identify HiPos
- Build and deploy a succession plan for critical roles
- Works closely with senior leadership to provide strategic input on the talent roadmap
Build Capability
Build capabilities of people, teams and business to be future ready -Individual/Function/Organization
- Mapping functional and leadership competencies aligned to unique roles
- Create and deploy tiered leadership programs
- Implementation of IDPs
HR Transformation
Focus on HR transformation through automation with the aim to simplify, digitalize and enhance employee experience
- Define the vision for HR Transformation and create a roadmap for HR Delivery Model
- Design and Drive people analytics
- Digitization of People processes
