What You'll Do:
We're looking for a Head of Growth who can build momentum and drive growth from the ground up. You'll own campaigns end-to-end, experiment across channels, and move fast to turn ideas into measurable results. This is a hands-on role - strategy, execution, and team leadership go hand in hand.
- Own marketing strategy & execution - design campaigns, launch them, and optimize for outcomes.
- Lead and grow a team - guide contributors, set priorities, and ensure accountability.
- Drive growth - run targeted initiatives to increase awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Create and distribute content - craft compelling narratives for social, email, website, and more.
- Experiment & iterate - test new channels, messages, and formats; double down on what works.
- Leverage data - track campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and make decisions rooted in metrics.
- Strengthen the brand - shape consistent messaging and tone across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate cross-functionally - work with founders, product, and ops to align marketing with company goals.
- Stay execution-focused - anticipate issues, move quickly, and keep projects on track.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably in fast-paced startups or B2C environments
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team is a plus.
- Low-ego, high-grit leader who values candor, speed, and ownership.
- Don't wait for direction - this is for someone who naturally likes to take initiative. Self-starters who act without waiting for instructions will thrive here.
- Ability to juggle priorities and bring structure where others see ambiguity
- Detail oriented; out of the box and creative thinker
- Highly driven. If you're not aiming for 10x improvements, this isn't for you
