We are now looking for a strategic and hands-on Business Head / Growth Leader to take us into the next phase of scale.
Role Overview:.
- We're looking for a performance-driven and entrepreneurial leader to own the end-to-end growth strategy across D2C (website), marketplaces, and quick commerce.
- You'll be responsible for driving revenue, managing P&L, scaling acquisition and retention funnels, and building cross-functional collaboration across marketing, supply chain, tech, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Own the P&L across D2C and marketplace channels, ensuring healthy unit economics (CM1, CM2, EBITDA).
- Lead digital growth through performance marketing (Meta, Google), CRM, merchandising, and conversion rate optimization.
- Build and manage the customer retention engine through lifecycle marketing, loyalty, and reactivation campaigns.
- Scale marketplace channels by optimizing assortment, listings, and promotions.
- Collaborate with content and brand teams to ensure consistency in storytelling and performance assets.
- Work closely with product, tech, and operations teams to align backend efficiency with front-end experience.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team including digital marketing, analytics, CRM, and e-commerce operations.
What We're Looking For:
- 8-12 years of experience in e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
- Proven track record of owning and scaling P&L, with strong CM1/CM2 management.
- Hands-on expertise in Meta/Google performance marketing and CRM tools.
- Deep understanding of D2C acquisition & retention funnels.
- Prior experience scaling marketplace revenue and managing platform relationships.
- Experience in building brand partnerships and new growth channels (Q-commerce, collabs, etc.
- Strong analytical mindset with working knowledge of GA, CRO tools, and merchandising levers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative setup.
