We're Hiring: Head of Growth & Digital Marketing | Mumbai (Work from Office)

India's premier designer wear marketplace - is on the lookout for a strategic, data-driven growth leader to scale our digital footprint and drive revenue growth. If you're passionate about luxury fashion, digital innovation, and performance marketing, this role is for you.

What You'll Own:

- Shape and execute the end-to-end digital growth strategy across acquisition and lifecycle marketing.

- Lead performance marketing across Paid Search, Social, Programmatic & Affiliate channels.

- Define and optimize KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS) while driving data-led decision making.

- Build and mentor a high-performing digital team and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Merchandising, Brand, and Tech.

- Test new growth levers, explore emerging channels, and partner with agencies for best-in-class execution.

What We're Looking For:

- 8+ years in digital marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role in e-commerce/marketplace.

- Proven success in scaling efficient acquisition channels & driving YoY revenue growth.

- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools (GA4, Looker, etc.).

- Analytical thinker with excellent communication skills, able to influence at the C-suite level.

- A genuine passion for fashion & luxury retail.
