Grow Your Staff is seeking a Global Head of Operations for Fuse Capital, a debt advisory firm based in London.

The position is a full-time remote position.

This role is ideal for someone who excels in operational leadership, process excellence, and cross-functional execution.

While not a subject matter expert the ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing high-performance teams, improving delivery operations, and leveraging technology and data to drive scale.

Experience required: 7-10 years.

Location: Remote.

Time: 1:30 pm-10:00 pm (Monday Friday).

Type of employment: Full-time.

Responsibilities:


Business Operations:

- Oversee and drive day-to-day operations across the consultancy delivery team, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Provide tactical oversight and performance management of the Global Delivery/Deal team, including monitoring and measurement of OKRs.

- Manage PMO functions for the delivery team, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and on time.

- Lead Quality Control initiatives to enhance client delivery standards.

- Develop and refine operational processes for scalability and productivity.

- Ensure adherence to existing systems and processes, while proactively identifying areas for enhancement.

- Manage operational efficiency by implementing data-led insights and workflow automation.

- Collaborate with leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.

- Research and implement cutting-edge AI tools and agents across non-sales functions to drive modern, lean operations.

- Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Alignment.

- Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture within operations and delivery.

- Improve internal communication and cross-functional workflows.

- Monitor key initiatives, ensuring strong ROI and cost control.

- Build systems for performance tracking, vendor management, and resource allocation.

- Streamline non-core functions using modern tools and automation, focusing on efficiency over headcount expansion.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, a related discipline, or equivalent.

- Experience in business coaching and people management.

- Essential: Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English.
