Our client is seeking a Head of Global Capability Center (GCC) & Infrastructure Operations for a full-time role to lead and expand their Hyderabad-based GCC.

They are looking for a visionary leader to drive operational excellence, technology transformation, and regulatory compliance while optimizing infrastructure, cloud adoption, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, offshore center management, and financial services, ensuring seamless business-technology alignment.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (hybrid 3 days onsite).

Job Description:

Global Capability Center Leadership & Operations:

- Lead and scale the Global Capability Center & Infrastructure Operations in Hyderabad, aligning with global objectives.

- Build capabilities across technology, risk, compliance, and support.

- Ensure governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development.

- Partner globally to transition and manage innovative capabilities.

Platform Infrastructure Delivery:

- Ensure seamless technology delivery with business and IT teams.

- Oversee infrastructure design, implementation, and management.

- Drive cloud adoption, automation, and modernization.

- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulations.

- Optimize infrastructure costs and performance through vendors.

- Lead change initiatives and manage budgets efficiently.

- Bridge business and technology, communicating complex issues clearly.

- Oversee large-scale projects, tracking progress and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications must have:

- 15+ years in technology infrastructure, Global Capability Center leadership, or financial services.

- Proven expertise in setting up and scaling Global Capability Center /offshore centers.

- Strong leadership in IT infrastructure, budgeting, and architecture.

- Experience in regulated industries, compliance, and risk management.

- Financial services background preferred.
