Looking for a seasoned Operations Leader (GM Operations) with proven expertise in managing complex operations, driving profitability, and creating organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations PL Management

- Lead and oversee all departments (operations, marketing, finance, HR, sales, quality, and customer experience)

- Ensure strong focus on financial performance, PL management, cost control, and revenue growth

- Drive operational efficiencies and ensure the highest quality standards across functions

Strategic Leadership Growth

- Develop and implement strategies to scale the brand while maintaining its luxury positioning

- Balance short-term goals with long-term growth vision

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and profitability enhancement

People Culture Leadership

- Build and sustain a positive, high-performance culture where employees are motivated, engaged, and valued

- Champion initiatives that make the organization the best place to work

- Drive training, development, and leadership-building programs across levels

Customer Experience Service Orientation

- Embed a customer-first approach across all departments

- Ensure world-class service standards in both retail and after-sales touchpoints
