Head of Fundraising - CSR

Developing and implementing strategies to secure funding from corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, building and managing relationships with corporate partners, creating compelling proposals, and ensuring compliance and reporting. Aligning fundraising with organizational goals, identifying new opportunities, representing the organization at events, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful CSR projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement comprehensive CSR fundraising strategies and initiatives to meet organizational goals and targets.

- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with potential and existing corporate donors, foundations, and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and grant applications to secure funding for CSR projects.

- Nurture long-term relationships with corporate partners, ensuring regular communication, compliance, and timely impact reports.

- Organize and lead donor visits, events, and engagement activities to enhance the visibility of the organization's CSR work.

- Represent the organization at CSR forums, industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

- Work closely with internal program, finance, and communications teams to design and deliver impactful CSR projects.

- Track and analyze fundraising performance using key metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience of 8-10 Years in fundraising within the social or CSR sector.

2. Strong understanding of CSR trends, regulations, and best practices in India.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Strong corporate network and exceptional skills in building and nurturing relationships with diverse stakeholders.

5. Ability to develop innovative fundraising strategies and identify new funding avenues.
