Job Title: Head of Forecasting & Inventory Management

About the Role:

A high-growth D2C nutrition company is seeking a Head of Forecasting & Inventory Management to lead demand planning, supply optimization, and inventory control across multiple channels. This strategic leadership role will ensure accurate forecasting, efficient inventory management, and seamless supply chain operations to support rapid business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demand Forecasting: Develop and maintain robust forecasting models, leveraging historical data, seasonality, and marketing inputs to predict demand accurately.

- Inventory Optimization: Define optimal stock levels, manage safety stock, and minimize excess or stockouts while ensuring timely availability across warehouses.

- Supply Planning: Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for efficient supply alignment and timely replenishment.

- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report key metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels. Provide actionable insights to leadership.

- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, driving process improvements and implementing best practices for demand and inventory management.

Qualifications:

Experience: 820 years in demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain operations, ideally in FMCG, D2C, or nutrition/wellness sectors.

- Expertise in forecasting tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Leadership experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
