- Focus on Treasury income and minimise daily cash on hand
- Special cost reduction initiatives
Financial Process & Other Projects:
- Completing DOA, Treasury Policy, Group Controls, COA.
- Finalising common agency for CSR implementation and ERM risk tracker and track progress
- Merger & Acquisition Financial and Due Diligence Support
- Business Integration with Group Companies:
- Payroll/SAP Finalising and implementing consolidation tools Finalising and implementing Contracts & Compliance management tool
Consolidation and Group Statutory and Internal Audit
- Consolidation of financials, Elimination accounting, quarterly and Annual Statutory Audit & Compliance
- Quarterly and annual Internal Audit & Compliance
- Validating numbers for Investors presentation and generating investors deck
Business Intelligence:
- Understanding Group Financial Metrix and Provide financial support for smaller subsidiaries in terms of finance, and banking support
- Coordinating with Group for the monthly MIS, and making consolidated reports
- Automate UDS MIS & Client Profitability statements
- Conducting reviews regularly and sharing feedback
- Drive Central Procurement initiatives and support periodic initiatives related to Group Finance, Procurement, Legal and Secretarial activities
Annual Operating Plan/Strategic business plan:
- Drive time bound submission of Annual operating plans and periodic strategic plans and consolidate and present it to the management
