Head - Finance Shared Services

- This position will require a significant amount of expertise and leadership skills related to Shared Service Center operations and will be responsible for hiring, training and managing a growing team that will support functions located in multiple time-zones.

- The Global Shared service manager will initially be responsible for managing core accounting processes including journal entries, account reconciliations, various revenue accounting tasks, accounting process standardization

- Monitoring related internal controls and supporting internal and external audit requests and requirements.

- It is expected that the Global Shared Service function will expand to include additional responsibilities as the Global Shared Service team develops.

- Responsibilities will include hiring and training staff, building and fostering a high-performance team, building relationships with team members, business leaders and global finance functions, mentor and guide the team members towards their career development goals.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent; US CPA or Chartered Accountant certification

- 10+ years of Experience including US GAAP accounting in a SOX-compliant internal control environment required

- 5-10 years of experience in global shared service center leadership role and managing a team.

- SAP ERP system knowledge, expert in Excel and other Microsoft productivity software required, Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) strongly preferred

- Data analytics experience strongly preferred

- Strong English communication skills, orally and in writing, including the ability to provide technical accounting and other training to worldwide teams

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of multiple concurrent and diversified tasks in a deadline-oriented environment

- Highly organized with keen attention to detail

- Ability to work closely with cross functional teams in a matrix reporting environment and to interact effectively with various stakeholders in senior management roles

- Ability to travel internationally as needed
