Key Responsibilities
Financial Management:
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure that all financial reporting is submitted accurately and clearly on timely basis according to Corp. guideline
- Monitor all account payable, receivables and the cash flow situation in the region and highlight any abnormality and problem to the management team
- Treasury - Monitor cash level and Working Capital Requirement.
- Be the focal point for Finance Shared Services (Treasury, Accounting & Tax).
- Implement, maintain and improve the systems and processes necessary to support business operations with optimal internal control processes
- Ensure of internal and external legal, tax compliance and governance requirements to the company concerned in terms of local law and regulation, and group guideline.
Performance Analysis:
- Participate and take the lead in preparation of region level annual budget and forecast & Mid-Term Plan, with the help of cross-functional team.
- Play as key business partner to support management team with in-depth analysis on business opportunities, business planning as well as strategic planning in deployment
- On the manufacturing, monitor production and overheads costs, plus monitor the labor rate and earned value for engineering activities and propose mitigation actions in case of discrepancy to the budget.
- Report to the Group a monthly financial package. Monitor cash flow and financial performance to ensure the organization remains financially stable.
- Analyze costs and results of commercial and operations to identify areas requiring attention, areas of potential improvement, providing recommendation to the management team and assist through implementation
- Regular monitoring of the results of customer project from offer to execution
- Contribute to the elaboration of new commercial offers and/or new business model by assessing all profitability and cash-flow impacts.
- Drive cost optimization strategies, CAPEX control and ROI-based decision-making
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company& overall goals. Provide insights and guidance to the executive team and board of directors to support decision-making.
Risk Management:
- Assess and manage financial risks, ensuring that appropriate risk mitigation strategies are in place. This includes developing internal controls and compliance measures.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including external governors and auditors.
Qualifications and Experiences
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), additional qualification like CPA, CMA,CFA, MBA (Finance) is a plus.
- Broad experience within a commercial, international in the MNC
- Broad knowledge in local Indian GAAP as well es IFRS (in particular IFRS15 - PoC)
- 10-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
