Job Description :

The Head of Finance will oversee all financial operations within the organization, ensuring efficient management of financial processes, compliance with regulations, and alignment with business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Management: Streamline processes to improve revenue, reduce costs, and manage financial risks.

- Team Leadership: Lead the finance team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company objectives.

- Reporting & Compliance: Ensure compliance with IFRS and prepare financial reports for internal and regulatory bodies.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee annual budgeting, regular updates, and financial forecasting.

- Investment & Cost Management: Provide recommendations on investments and cost-saving strategies.

- Audit & Stakeholder Relations: Manage external audits and provide financial guidance to shareholders.

- Cash & Tax Management: Supervise cash flow, accounts, and ensure tax compliance (transfer pricing).

- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analyses and develop models to support strategic decisions.

- Business Development: Collaborate on pricing strategies and cultivate new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: CA

- Experience: 15+ years in corporate finance, with 5+ yearsinsr.managementpositioninto healthcare/pharma industry

- Skills: Strong financial expertise, leadership, strategic planning, and proficiency in financial software.
