Head - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing/Foundry Industry

Head - Finance & Accounts (10-16 yrs)

Main Responsibilities:

- Lead financial operations, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Taxation (incl. personnel).

- Prepare and analyze CMA data for banks and financial institutions.

- Manage end-to-end loan financing and banking relationships, including handling term loans of - 100+ Cr.

- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions, cost optimization, and growth initiatives.

- Oversee digitization of finance processes for efficiency and accuracy.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with management to align financial planning with organizational goals

Must Have:

- 8+ years of experience in Finance/Accounts.

- Prior experience in Manufacturing/Foundry industry.

- Strong exposure to banking, loan financing & term loans above - 100+ Cr.

- Expertise in CMA data preparation for banks.

- Proven track record in financial analysis and reporting.

Good to have:

- CA qualification (preferred but not mandatory).

- Knowledge of digitization, ERP implementation, dashboards.

- Experience in corporate & personnel taxation.
