Head - Family Office - Wealth/Trust/Compliance/Taxation

Responsibilities:

- Family members wealth

- Family investments liaison with bankers, fund managers, coordinate with internal Corp Finance

- Family properties estate

- Family taxation matters coordinate with internal Corp Finance team

- Taxation matters of family companies (where only investments or properties are there)

- Understanding of US taxation

- Understanding of overseas taxation where involvement of family members is there Singapore, Dubai and could be Europe too

- Governance of Trusts legal compliances and working with Trust consultants

- Financial reporting monthly MIS to family members properties with status, wealth with status

- Liaison with police, DM where Corp office and residences are there in particular

- Airport protocol liaison with CSIF head (will be facilitated by me)

- Family constitution four meetings in a year, action items and follow up liasion with family Advisor

- Be part of CSR committee of businesses may help in liaison with police stations etc

- Healthcare arrangements and relationship management with specific hospitals

- Special projects like house construction managing contractors, keeping accounts etc

Qualifications:

- Understanding of multi-asset investments, estate planning, taxation, and legal structures

- Strong interpersonal skills and discretion, confidentiality, values alignment

- Strong leadership and execution skills

- Culturally sensitive, especially in family setups

- Relationship management with key contacts / liaison in specific states with consultants (identify them too if required)
