About:
- This role is require to create a thriving and productive workforce environment by leading initiatives in facilities management, employee wellness, engagement, and administration.
- This role also ensures the strategic and efficient management, including space optimization and lifecycle maintenance, to enhance employee satisfaction, customer experience, and commercial value.
- 20+ years of experience of handling FMS, administration and logistics (Preferably Hospitality Sector)
- At least 10+ years of experience in handling facilities in large organizations (1000+ employees)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Preparing, Monitoring and controlling FMS Budget during the Financial Year. Endeavour to restrict budgets within approved limits by identifying FMS functional streams for cost rationalization.
- Planning, developing & implementing the deliverable services and facilities in line with the organizational goals and vision.
- Improve work environment by provisioning and maintaining necessary infrastructure, services & facilities viz. employee facilities, accommodation facilities, transportation, asset management, lease management, Concierge services, Meeting rooms, canteen etc. and standardizing the same.
- Implementation of New Projects, Initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Monitoring safety and health standards to promote wellness among employees.
