Job Description:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the company's portfolio, targeting both domestic and international markets.
- Identify and seize market opportunities, with a focus on the Indian diaspora in key regions such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond.
- Drive market expansion by establishing robust distribution networks locally and globally.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team that embodies an entrepreneurial and customer-centric mindset.
- Design and execute sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth across B2B and B2C segments.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and export partners.
- Collaborate with product development teams to launch offerings tailored to customer needs and preferences.
- Optimize supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee budgets and manage working capital to drive profitability and financial sustainability.
- Partner with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility through innovative campaigns and compelling storytelling.
- With over 10 years of experience in the FMCG or food industries, including at least 5 years in leadership roles, the ideal candidate holds an MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institute.
- They have a proven track record in building and scaling FMCG brands, possess a deep understanding of the RTE/RTC market and consumer preferences, and bring valuable expertise in navigating export markets and international trade.
