Head of Export
- The Head of Export will be responsible for developing and executing the export strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
- This role requires a dynamic leader with deep market knowledge, exceptional sales skills, and a track record of establishing successful international distribution networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement export strategies for the USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive landscape.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and importers.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations, including product labeling, certifications, and customs requirements.
- Drive sales performance through effective pricing, promotions, and channel strategies.
- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to tailor products for international markets.
- Monitor and manage budgets, P&L, and sales forecasts.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing export team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in export sales or international business development within the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record in establishing and growing business in USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
