A leading fitness chain with a strong presence in Pune, offering state-of-the-art gym facilities, personal training, group classes, and wellness programs.

The company is expanding its reach and is looking for a Head of Events to strategize, plan, and execute large-scale events that engage members, attract corporate clients, and drive sponsorship opportunities.

Job Summary:

The Head of Events will be responsible for curating and executing a high-impact events strategy to elevate brand engagement, attract corporate partnerships, and generate additional revenue streams.

This role requires an experienced leader with a background in corporate, club, and festival events and expertise in business development, sponsorship acquisition, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy aligned with the company's business goals.

- Plan and oversee corporate wellness events, fitness festivals, premium club events, and exclusive member experiences.

- Create annual and quarterly event calendars to ensure high engagement and brand visibility.

- Implement targeted engagement programs to attract new members and retain existing clients.

Corporate Partnerships & Business Development:

- Identify and establish partnerships with corporates, clubs, and lifestyle brands to host premium fitness and wellness events.

- Develop and manage corporate wellness programs to onboard new business clients.

- Generate revenue through B2B tie-ups, private events, and co-branded activations.

- Build strategic alliances with corporate HRs, event planners, and hospitality partners to drive footfall and memberships.

Sponsorship & Promotional Campaigns:

- Identify, pitch, and secure event sponsorships and brand collaborations with top-tier fitness, wellness, and lifestyle brands.

- Develop innovative marketing and promotional campaigns to maximize event exposure.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create cross-promotional opportunities.

- Optimize event budgets by securing sponsorship deals and vendor partnerships.

Event Execution & Operations:

- Lead the end-to-end execution of events, ensuring high-quality production and seamless guest experiences.

- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for logistics, planning, and execution.

- Ensure all events align with brand values, customer expectations, and business goals.

- Oversee event budgeting, ticketing, and ROI analysis to ensure profitability.

Community Engagement & Brand Experience:

- Organize member-exclusive fitness challenges, wellness retreats, and influencer-led experiences.

- Build strong community engagement initiatives to enhance brand loyalty and create word-of-mouth referrals.

- Develop content-driven experiences such as live fitness sessions, podcasts, and educational events.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging event concepts.

Key Requirements:

- 7-8+ years of experience in events, business development, and sponsorship acquisition.

- Proven expertise in corporate events, club activations, festival marketing, and experiential brand campaigns.

- Strong network in the fitness, lifestyle, and corporate sectors with experience securing sponsorships.

- Ability to execute large-scale, high-impact events while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

- Experience working in the fitness, wellness, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle industry preferred.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
