Job Purpose:
- Capable of managing a Team of approx 15 - 20 people and and make them aware on Product, ensuring completion of installation; maintaining customer relationship.
- Manage Enterprise Sales, Retention, and Collections for the entire city with Team members.
Qualifications Required:
Graduate / MBA
Experience: Graduates with a minimum of 15 - 20 years of relevant experience.
Basic Traits:
- Good knowledge in Enterprise Sales of leased line & bandwidth product with exposure to Team management
- Energetic and preferably should have managed team members in Corporate Sales (preferably in Telecom / Broadband industry)
- Proactive and responsible for developing customers and achieving assigned sales targets
- Good communicator with some exposure to Retention and Collection roles in Telecom / ISP
- Confident, Hardworking, and Honest / Sincere
Functional Competencies:
- Ability to understand the company's product thoroughly
- Ability to gather information and understand competitor products in this segment to convert customers
- Ability to quickly familiarize with the target locality and assess potential
- Basic technical knowledge of the internet
- Knowledge of system specifications required to support the company's product
- Selling skills - ability to convert a prospect into a sale
- Ability to manage Retentions & Sales

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Undertake complete planning and execution of the pre-sales process at a front-line level
- Understand the local geography and gauge the extent of potential in the area
- Responsible for channel sales management and onboarding new channels
- Maintain the customer database for the area including:
- Number of PCs in the household
- Number of subscribers to the competition
- Level of interest of the subscriber
- Expected month of purchase
- Expand the customer base by booking orders and converting potential leads into sales
- Liaise with building societies/secretaries and obtain permissions for cabling in their premises
- When sale is closed, ensure that customers system is evaluated for compatibility with the product and that installation is completed within the committed time.
- Co-ordinate with the ops group to ensure customer has a satisfying experience with the product.
-Attend to post-sales customer queries and inform them of call center support services
- Induct new hires by familiarizing them with the local area and sales methodology
- Escalate cases to the manager at the appropriate time to ensure successful sales closures
- Perform any other duties relevant to this position as assigned.
