About the Role

Our client is a global player in the digital and technology services space, partnering with leading enterprises across sectors. They are expanding their India presence and looking to hire experienced leaders to drive sales, client relationships, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the India sales strategy and revenue charter, reporting into regional/global leadership.

- Drive enterprise client acquisition across CPG, retail, BFSI, automotive, healthcare, consumer, industrial, and technology sectors.

- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team; instill a culture of accountability and growth.

- Build and strengthen CXO-level relationships, positioning integrated data + AI + commerce solutions.

- Collaborate with delivery, product, and marketing teams to design tailored GTM approaches.

- Lead end-to-end enterprise deal cycles, from prospecting through negotiation and closure.

Candidate Profile

- 12-15 years in enterprise/solution sales within SaaS, analytics, martech, or consulting.

- Proven record of closing large deals and scaling revenue in CPG, retail, BFSI, automotive, healthcare, consumer, industrial, and technology sectors.

- Strong CXO network; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.

- Blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, in global/matrix environments.
