We're looking for a seasoned Marketplace E-commerce Lead/Head to manage and scale performance across key platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Nykaa.
- This role focuses on driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, managing advertising, and enhancing content to maximize visibility and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management
- Oversee end-to-end marketplace operations.
- Develop and implement platform-specific strategies.
- Maintain optimized, compliant product listings.
- Collaborate with account managers to unlock growth opportunities.
Performance & Advertising:
- Track KPIs (sales, CTR, conversion, ACOS, ROAS).
- Audit and optimize PPC campaigns and product listings.
- Plan and execute ROI-focused ad campaigns and promotions.
Content & SEO:
- Lead A+ content creation, imagery, and descriptions.
- Conduct regular content audits to improve engagement.
- Stay updated with marketplace content trends.
Inventory & Operations:
- Coordinate with supply chain for inventory planning.
- Address issues like suppressed listings and SLA breaches.
Team & Collaboration:
- Build and manage a team of specialists.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and analytics.
Reporting & Insights:
- Generate performance reports and insights.
- Identify trends to refine strategies.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years' experience in e-commerce marketplace management
- Proven success in PPC, SEO, and sales growth
- Strong command of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred); certifications in e-commerce a plus
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, strong communicator, and results-focused
