- Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the institute's infrastructure, cleanliness, security, and maintenance..
- Store & Inventory Management: Maintain and monitor inventory records, stock control, and procurement coordination for smooth operations..
- Event Planning & Execution: Organize cultural, academic, and public events, ensuring end-to-end planning, logistics, and vendor coordination..
- Administrative Oversight: Handle routine administrative tasks including record-keeping, compliance, staff coordination, and reporting..
- Manpower Management: Supervise and guide administrative and support staff; handle recruitment, training, and performance reviews..
- Costing & Budget Management: Maintain cost efficiency in all operations, including budgeting, vendor negotiations, and expenditure tracking..
- Coordination & Communication: Act as a liaison between departments and external agencies for seamless communication and collaboration..
- Travel Coordination: Open to occasional travel for institute-related work including events, inspections, or coordination..
- Leadership & Strategic Support: Contribute to the strategic vision of the institute through structured planning and implementation support..
