Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Transformation & Technical Leadership: Lead the technical delivery of projects in web development, custom software, e-commerce platforms, and digital transformation solutions.

- Business Development & Revenue Generation: Drive new business growth by acquiring clients for web development, e-commerce, and IT services.

- Team Development & Emerging Technologies: Build, manage, and mentor teams of developers, designers, and software engineers while fostering an innovative work culture.

- Project Delivery & Client Satisfaction: Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and budgetary control.

- Financial & P&L Management: Own the P&L for the IT business, ensuring that revenue targets, margins, and profitability goals are achieved.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, including web development, software development, and IT project delivery.

- Proven experience in business development or client acquisition within IT, digital transformation, or software domains.

- Strong knowledge of web development platforms, CMS (e., Shopify, WordPress), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and custom software projects.

- Familiarity with AI/ML, RPA, or automation technologies is a plus but not mandatory willingness to develop a team in this space is key.

- Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

- Excellent communication, team-building, and leadership skills
