Job Title: Head - Digital Marketing for a chain of IVF clinic bases in India and UAE

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy within the healthcare/IVF space.


- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, patient engagement, lead generation, and ultimately, successful treatment outcomes.


- This role requires a data-driven and analytical mindset, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the unique challenges and opportunities presented by digital marketing in this field.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and the specific needs of the healthcare/IVF industry.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the healthcare/IVF landscape.

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the healthcare/IVF industry and establish tracking mechanisms to measure campaign effectiveness.

- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, tailored to the healthcare/IVF audience.

- Oversee the creation and optimization of landing pages, website content, and online advertising materials that are informative, engaging, and compliant with healthcare regulations.

- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors specializing in healthcare marketing.

SEO/SEM Optimization:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic, focusing on relevant healthcare/IVF keywords and search terms.

- Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) across Google Ads and other platforms, targeting patients seeking healthcare/IVF services.

- Conduct keyword research, optimize ad copy, and track campaign performance with a focus on patient acquisition and conversion.

Social Media Marketing:

- Develop and manage social media strategies across relevant platforms, adhering to healthcare privacy guidelines and ethical considerations.

- Create engaging and informative content, manage social media communities, and run social media advertising campaigns targeting potential patients

- Create and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and patient testimonials, providing valuable information and building trust.

- Optimize content for search engines and promote it across relevant channels to reach and engage potential patients.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Monitor and analyse campaign performance across all digital channels, with a focus on patient acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

- Generate regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations, tailored to the healthcare/IVF industry.

- Utilize data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI, ensuring marketing efforts are effectively driving patient acquisition and treatment success.

Qualifications

- Degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success, preferably within the healthcare or IVF industry.

Bonus Points:

- Deep understanding of the IVF process and related medical terminology.

- Established relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers in the healthcare/IVF space.

- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant platforms.
