Overview:
Seeking a senior leader to serve as Head of Digital Marketing, with experience scaling digital-first consumer businesses. This role requires full-funnel understanding and hands-on performance leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own strategy across performance, content, SEO, CRM, influencer, and analytics
- Lead in-house teams and agency relationships
- Build and optimize omnichannel funnels to maximize LTV and retention
- Set KPIs, oversee budgets, and drive ROI-positive growth
Profile Requirements:
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience in consumer/D2C brands
- Currently in a leadership role (Digital Head, AVP, etc.)
- Strong team builder and cross-functional collaborator
- Deep expertise in tools, data platforms, and campaign architecture
