Key Responsibilities:


- Strategic Campaign Leadership

- Plan, lead, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, ROAS, CPL, and CPC.

- Drive ongoing improvements in campaign performance and customer acquisition efficiency.

- Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to enhance search visibility and organic growth.

Content & Brand Communication:

- Supervise the creation of high-performing content including ad creatives, landing pages, email campaigns, and blog posts.

- Ensure brand consistency and messaging coherence across all digital touchpoints.

- Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver compelling storytelling and lead-gen assets.

CRM & Marketing Automation:

- Oversee email marketing and automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or

Mailchimp.

- Develop and refine lead nurturing strategies and customer segmentation.

- Ensure seamless integration between marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Analytics, Insights & Budgeting:

- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign dashboards for performance tracking.

- Lead A/B testing, funnel analysis, and budget planning based on performance data.

- Translate insights into actionable strategies to maximize ROI.

Team Management & Cross-functional Alignment:

- Lead and mentor a team of marketers, content creators, and external vendors.

- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Design teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

- Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers.


Key Requirements:


- Bachelors /Matser's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 7-8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, including leadership roles.

- Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and email marketing platforms.

- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.

- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
