Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to grow brand visibility, engagement, and reach across social media platforms.

- Plan and create campaigns that support business objectives through product promotions, brand
storytelling, and influencer collaborations.

- Ideate, script, and produce content that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.

- Track and analyse performance metrics to generate insights and continuously improve content and campaign effectiveness.

- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and unified brand presence.

- Manage influencer partnerships directly and through agencies, including briefing, content review, and
performance tracking.

- Represent the brand in video content to add authenticity and strengthen audience connection.

Key Skills Required :

-5+ years of relevant experience in social media management and influencer marketing.

- Proven track record of scaling social media channels successfully in previous roles.

- Proven ability to ideate, script, and produce engaging social media content, including video.

- Experience in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers and influencer agencies.

- Innovative and creative approach to content creation and campaign management.
