About the Role
We are hiring a Head of Marketing for an ambitious, early-stage venture focused on building a differentiated consumer brand. This is a high-ownership role for a marketing leader who can blend creative storytelling with performance-driven execution. You will be responsible for shaping the brand narrative, leading integrated growth strategies, and driving user acquisition across digital and offline channels.
Youll work closely with the founding team and cross-functional leaders to build a scalable marketing engine and help define the playbook for national expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute full-funnel marketing strategy across brand, performance, and community
- Set measurable KPIs across all marketing functions; build and lead a lean, high-performing team
Brand Development
- Craft a compelling, differentiated brand narrative that resonates with the modern consumer
- Lead brand identity development across touchpointsstore, web, product, and social
- Drive storytelling, creatives, and design partnerships aligned with brand values
Digital Growth & Performance Marketing
- Oversee and optimize paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Scale high-intent traffic through SEO, SEM, remarketing, and web funnel optimization
- Own performance dashboards, CAC targets, attribution models, and campaign ROI
Influencer & Creator Ecosystem
- Build and manage affiliate, influencer, and creator marketing programs
- Own discovery, negotiation, deliverables, and performance tracking of content-led partnerships
Community & Organic Channels
- Grow organic visibility and engagement via social media, UGC, and YouTube
- Lead content calendars, engagement strategies, and platform-level innovation
Customer Intelligence & Conversion
- Conduct deep consumer research to refine buyer and seller personas
- Collaborate with product/tech teams to improve website journeys and reduce conversion drop-offs
Innovation & Experimentation
- Test new growth leversretail activations, BTL, partnerships, PRto stay ahead of the curve
