Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive growth and strategic renewal by automating the firm's digital sales model and re-engineering more digitisation for the purpose of Offline channels sales digitisation.
- Digital Integrated Channel business head deriving and driving the Business thru Digital Assets of the Companys Mobile App, Web, Telesales (future) Business Development thru Partnering with digital distributors. Building the brand in digital space with actively working with Marcom thru various properties like YouTube, LinkedIn/ Insta/FB UI/UX testing /modelling experience building. Build Digital Services for Phygital Distributors.
- Offline relationship but transactional linkage and capability for Offline distributors. Building the Asset Allocation platform with Goal based for DIY and as a Partner offering. Tie up with Third party data offering services for better profiling risk, demographical for Various Digital tie up on Risk, Profiling for focused and know your customer.
- Web distribution Funnel & sourcing strategy Increase Industry share through new digital practices.
- Put a special focus on creating new value using digital tools, platforms, technologies, services, and processes.
- Collaborating closely with the Partners and Leadership, you will be the driving force behind organisation's digital channel transformation.
- Objectives of the Role Qualifications- Advanced degree in business, technology, or engineering
- Partner with marketing, sales, customer management and operations to define and deliver superior customer/user experience, business results and business model innovations through state-of-the-art, superior technology solutions.
- Develop, implement, and ensure adoption of the right technology solutions to meet current
and future needs of the business.
- Establishing and managing adherence to performance metrics and processes such as lead
generation, prospecting, sales pipeline, sales processes, evaluation of technology solutions, consultative selling model and market development on digital side.
- Map the emerging space specially Fintech organizations and create deep relationships for the company across the ecosystem.
- Explore and build digital business through new path breaking disruptive models.
- Work closely with departments like Distribution Management, IT, Operations,
- Evaluate competition products, external digital ecosystem, forecast for success and work closely with product Management team to identify opportunities for new product development maintain leadership in relevant categories.
