Head Design & Engineering

- Overall responsible for developing and design detailed engineering activities.

- Plans, assigns, supervises, and reviews Structural-Design/Architectural/MEP-Design/Quantity Survey for planning, designing, cost estimating.

- Driving the preparation and maintenance of cost records which are used in preparing cost estimates of new projects.

- Interact with internal and external Stakeholders to develop requirement specific solutions.

- Interact with technical Consultant to ensure design achievability.

- Initiate new ideas and innovation of research and design.

- Leadership level for self competence and team training.

- Ensure to provide quality design and on time delivery.

- Develop working method based on QMS and other given guidelines.

- Prepare design tools and methods competence and implement good design practices.

- Review and approve weekly, monthly and special progress reports, as needed.

- Manage and resolve disputes between Consultants, Contractors and other Stakeholders.

- Conduct periodic - performance reviews- of direct reportees
