About the Role:
- We are hiring a dynamic and highly organized Head of Design & Archive to oversee all design
aspects for lifestyle projects - spanning fashion archives, collectible items, interiors, and ongoing
creative initiatives.
- This role requires both a creative eye and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design direction across fashion, decor, and special projects.
- Curate, catalogue, and manage the family's extensive archive of garments, accessories, and
interior assets.
- Oversee sourcing, preservation, and storage of rare pieces and high-value objects.
- Manage and supervise a small in-house creative team and external collaborators.
- Ensure consistency in aesthetic language across multiple lifestyle projects.
- Track global trends and provide research-backed recommendations.
Desired Profile:
- 12+ years in fashion design, styling, interiors, or luxury creative direction.
- Experience working with collectors, or legacy projects is highly preferred.
- Strong sense of curation, spatial design, and aesthetic storytelling.
- Detail-oriented with excellent cataloging and organizational abilities.
