Head - Debit Cards & Payments - Business Solution Group

Specific skill sets:

- Should have hands on experience of end to end management / prioritisation of initiatives and projects including working with cross-functional teams/heads

- Having good knowledge of fundamental project management concepts.

- Exposure of large scale complex projects desired.

- Proficient in stakeholder and vendor handling.

- Should be able to build and maintain a team, mentor them on project management and business analysis, provide guidance and groom the team to excel.

- Able to identify and highlight the risks and propose solutions to mitigate them for products and processes handled.

- Should have handled multiple projects simultaneously.

- Extensive knowledge of Cards and Cards & Digital payment concepts, processes and solutions.

- Must have the understanding of regulations that govern the Issuance of Debit, INR Prepaid and Forex cards and the transaction processing and settlement for the same.

- Clear understanding of Financial reconciliation, settlement and clearing

- Take complete ownership of related systems, projects, resources and compliances

- Willingness to roll up sleeves and lead certain projects in Individual contributor capacity

- Attitude to manage projects within stakeholder accepted timelines.

- Should be adept in presenting crisp view to management on projects in the domain

- Exposure to EFT switch, ATM, POS, Merchant Acquiring solutions & Payment Gateways and UPI payments

- Well versed with RBI, VISA, MasterCard, Rupay, NPCI UPI regulations and jargons in the domain.

- Concepts such as tokenization, contactless transactions and transit wallets should be known.

- Knowledge of various payment technologies including ISO 8583, APIs, Web services, MVS Stack, XFS Layers etc., used in the domain will be necessary

JOB SUMMARY:

- Program management and Business Analysis for projects in payments domain

- Should be able to derive actions from regulations and directives for the popular card and payment products.

- Will be managing all new product initiatives and support business requirements on enhancing the existing products listed

- End to End project management from analysis business requirement, documentation of requirement, solution evaluation keeping in view effort estimation versus business justification, quality analysis of the solution through testing, process documentation and risk analysis and implementation / rollout planning and execution including end user training / communication

- Manage Project Managers / Resources working under the role.
