Job Description:

- Our client, a well-funded and rapidly scaling player in the education technology space, is seeking a seasoned curriculum and content leader to drive innovation, quality, and scalability across its learning products.

- This is a leadership role ideal for someone who blends academic depth with product thinking and has a strong track record in building high-impact learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategy, design, and development of curriculum across disciplines and learning formats.

- Oversee a large, cross-functional team of subject experts, content creators, and instructional designers.

- Build scalable frameworks for content development across video, text, assessments, and digital platforms.

- Ensure high standards of academic quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

- Collaborate with product, design, and cross teams to deliver engaging and effective learner experiences.

- Build internal capabilities by setting benchmarks, driving innovation, and embedding global best practices.

- Guide the creation of enablement and training resources to support content implementation at scale.

Candidate Requirements:

- 13+ years of experience in academic content strategy, curriculum development, or education product leadership.

- Deep subject expertise in one or more domains

- Experience managing large academic/content teams.

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a bias for execution.

- Exposure to digital learning environments, instructional design, and AI-led content workflows is preferred.
