Job Description:

- Credit Strategy:Develop and maintain credit risk strategy and policy by continuous analysis of business expansion and collection trends, risk assessment & mitigation thereof.

- Credit Underwriting: Plan Credit Underwriting vision & outlook.

- Create credit and underwriting policies & processes, infrastructure, development and deployment of underwriting models.

- Delinquency Management: Conduct portfolio study of the outstanding advances portfolio, Lead credit tightening initiatives to keep delinquencies under control while maintaining a balanced view of business profitability across various products and geographies.

- Product management: Managing the product function, product design, portfolios & performance management.

- Compliances: Ensure timely regulatory & other compliances

- TAT Management: Credit TAT Management as per defined guidelines.

- Stakeholder Management: Develop strong internal and external relationships.

- Monthly Reports: Prepare Risk & Credit Decks on monthly basis.

- Representation: Represent the company to the outside world, including lending partners, board of directors & other strategic alliances.

Specification & Key Requirements

Includes:

Education: CA/MBA in finance

Specialized Knowledge

- Credit exposure of Wheels exposure of at least journey 10000-12000 Cr. in Vehicle loans (CV, Car, Farm equipment and TW) wheels,MSME portfolio management.

Skill Set (Must)

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Formulation of new policies/products, processes, scorecards and monitoring mechanisms

Technical Skill: Credit Scoring Models , Tools & Automation

Professional Certificate ( If Any): Certified Credit Executive ( CCE ) , Certified Credit Professional ( CCP )

Experience Range: 15+ Years

Preferred Industry: NBFC / Banking

Language proficiency: HINDI & ENGLISH
