Mandatory Skills: - A keen awareness of current trends in advertising and design - Must be a command over Adobe CC software's - Collaborate with other functions and create communication that takes the brand forward. - Be hands-on - get involved with your team and show them how it's done, like a boss, literally. - Give your input to get the best output. Research and share the knowledge with your team to help them get better. - You'll be the guardian of brand guidelines and thou shall protect it at any cost. - Ability to work well in a high performance, highly collaborative, and fast-paced start-up environment Desirable Skills: - Experience scaling organizations, growing talent, acting on performance issues, and managing change - Experience recruiting and hiring top talent, as well as cultivating talent and growing diverse teams - Highly compelling communicator with the ability to inspire, build alignment and drive action - Experience in illustration, animation and photography is a plus PLEASE NOTE: Annual Salary $80,000 - $175,000.
