Head - Costing - FMCG - ICWA

Job Description:

- This role involves Analyze SAP data, assess input material pricing, review plant costing operations, implement regular review mechanisms, and drive process improvements for time and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set organizational goals related to profitability.

- Evaluate data from key stakeholders (senior leadership) from a financial goal perspective.

- Transform data into strategies to facilitate quick decision-making.

- Maintain records in SAP.

- Update SAP with actual purchase orders (POs).

- Provide monthly updates in line with legal requirements.

- Aid in planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.

- Set standard unit costs and recommend cost-saving measures.

- Analyze data/reports from SAP and manage the SAP - CO and SAP - COPA modules.

- Conduct critical analysis of input material pricing.

- Review and assess plant costing operations.

- Establish and maintain a stringent review mechanism on a regular basis.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 18-20 years of experience (minimum)

- ICWA certification, expertise in costing principles and methodologies

- In-depth understanding of industry dynamics

- Strong presentation skills

- Proficiency in SAP modules
