An FMCG organisation, wishes to hire a seasoned HR professional to head the talent management & leadership development function for India.
The core responsibility will be to identify , nurture and retain top talent in the organisation.
Specific responsibilities include
- Leadership Development
- Succession Planning
- Performance Management through systems and processes for evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and facilitating professional growth.
- Learning and Development to enhance competency and skill development
- Employee Engagement for a better work environment and retention.
This is a strategic role to drive organizational success by ensuring that the right people are in the right roles, equipped with the necessary skills and support to thrive and contribute to the companys objectives.

- Experience in working across HR functions of handling CoEs and business partnering with sales, manufacturing , R&D would enable the incumbent to fit in with ease.
- Applicants must have worked in organisations of repute, preferably in Manufacturing, Auto, Pharma, FMCG, companies
- Experience as a business partner driving processes, and culture building interventions is desired.
- Must have the wherewithal to work with cross-functional teams.
