We are seeking an accomplished and Contract &Procurement Head(Civil) with a proven track record in fundraising through private equity to join our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving the discipline within the organization.

Qualification : BE/B. Tech/M. Tech(Civil) and NIMAR/RICS, PMP will be the added Advantages

Skills Required : Candidate have an experience in Infrastructure Large Scale of Projects Like Residential/Commercial will prefer this is non negotiable

CTC: 1.5 CR to 2.5 CR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managed Residential development contract, procurement and project management activities.

- Managed full life cycle of all contracts.

- Sustainable Procurement for construction and fit-out works across all categories

- Streamlined procurement processes by analysing market trends, negotiating contracts and implementing cost saving initiatives.

- Developing detailed BOQs, pricing, and cost forecasting.

- Implemented innovative strategies resulting in enhanced business performance.

- Managed end to end project management activities.

- Effective project cost control through effective procurement strategies and continual improvement.

- Investor management and MIS reporting.

- Stake holder engagement, collaboration, Value addition and Innovation.

- Ensured efficient project management through effective scheduling and monitoring.

- Managed quantity surveying, consistently meeting deadlines and producing accurate cost estimates.

- Managed relationships and performance of vendors.

- Working with clients, consultants, and contractors for cost-effective project execution.

- Drafting Tender and contract documents for all packages.

- Implemented more efficient processes for increased productivity.

- Focused on developing employees' skills to optimize team performance.
