Head - Commercial Validation - EPC Industry

The role focuses on leading financial and commercial validation of contracts and purchase orders, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and tax optimisation.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Validating financial, commercial, and contractual aspects of agreements across procurement, logistics, and production.

2. Reviewing and validating vendor settlements and claims.

3. Ensuring strict adherence to internal policies, accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory norms, including those applicable to government tenders and contracts.

4. Supporting audits with proper contract documentation and compliance.

5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive contract optimisation, risk mitigation, and governance.

The ideal candidate:

- CA/CMA/MBA with 10+ years of experience in commercial validation, contract management, and handling government/large-scale tender contracts, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors.
