- Buying of raw material & selling of finished goods.

- Staying informed about industry developments to inform strategic decisions.

MIS Reporting on Commercial Performance:

- Providing regular reports to senior management on key performance indicators, insights, and strategic recommendations.

Strong Leadership Skills:

- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, both intra and inter Department

Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

- Ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

In-depth Knowledge of Market Analysis and Metrics:

- Understanding of market research, data analysis, and performance measurement.

- Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.

Qualifications.

- Proven track record of success in a similar commercial leadership role.

- Qualified CA with 10+ years of relevant experience

- Additionally preferred MBA in Any Specialization.
