Head - COE Operations - Quick Commerce

Specification: This role will oversee a team of 16 team members, and would drive efficiency, compliance, and structural transformation while ensuring business continuity and growth. The person who would join should be ideally for Asst Vice president level as his interactions would be with Zonal Head for all 4 regions and a whole team of logistics and ops. The person should carry 15 or more years of experience.

There are 2 set of profiles we are looking at:

For commercial profile: should have handled commercial sales / logistics

For non-commercial someone from new age industries managing sales/ops

1. Process Optimization & Standardization

- Streamlining and digitizing operational workflows for higher efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.

- Strengthening SOP implementation across key operational functions to ensure consistency and speed.

- Driving automation and data-backed decision-making for seamless execution.

2. Cost Efficiency & Resource Optimization

- Undertaking a structured cost optimization initiative to eliminate inefficiencies and improve overall financial discipline.

- Identifying and plugging cost leakages while ensuring sustainable operational efficiencies.

- Improving resource utilization and aligning expenditures with strategic business priorities.

3. Compliance, Governance & Risk Mitigation.

- Establishing a strong governance framework to ensure transparency, accountability, and process adherence.

- Implementing risk control measures to mitigate operational disruptions and enhance regulatory alignment.

4. Performance Management & Execution Excellence

- Deploying rigorous performance measurement metrics to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

- Strengthening MIS and reporting frameworks for data-driven insights and strategic foresight.

- Ensuring on-ground operational execution remains seamless, with a focus on improving PO accuracy and reader reach
