Roles & Responsibilities
Project Execution
- Lead planning, design review, execution, and commissioning of civil projects (buildings, roads, utilities, landscaping).
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to statutory standards.
Maintenance Programming
- Develop and manage preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules for infrastructure, buildings, and facilities.
- Conduct periodic inspections and lifecycle assessments to proactively address infrastructure needs.
Compliance, Safety & Sustainability
- Ensure compliance with NBC, IS codes, and local building regulations.
- Integrate sustainable practiceswater harvesting, energy-efficient fixtures, waste management, etc.
Team & Vendor Management
- Supervise maintenance teams, civil contractors, and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and timely execution.
- Advocate for best practices in procurement, contracting, and vendor performance.
Financial Management
- Conduct cost estimation, budget planning, spending control, and financial reporting for civil maintenance and capital projects.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive infrastructure improvement initiatives and adopt technological innovations (e.
, automation tools, condition monitoring, sustainable materials).
Competencies & Skills
- Technical depth in civil engineering, and sustainable infrastructure.
- Aptitude for budgeting, financial planning, and vendor negotiations.
